Finding Our "Why" In The Midst Outcry

The concept of "of his rib" was birthed in 2019, and in 2020... in the midst of a global pandemic, economic crisis, and a social justice movement... it became crystal clear why this company was created.

A note from our founder, Katharina:

"As an artist and business owner, I feel it is my responsibility to utilize this space in a way that is firmly rooted in the cornerstone of humanity. How does a small shop do that?

We say we vote by our actions. Respectively, as a business owner, I make my vote by being open for a reason. That we can reflect our radiant existence in harmony.

Through our interactions, what we sell, what we make, and the way we show up. Sowing the seeds of many blessings.

The name “of his rib” comes from a place of recognizing the sanctity of life. The richness and divinity of our interconnectedness, “bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh”.
